Terms of Service - Pharmacy Weight Loss Wellington

Pharmacy Weight Loss Wellington | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pharmacy Weight Loss Wellington ("we", "us", "our"), a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Wellington, UK. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation accurately and honestly. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who does not meet our clinical criteria, provides false information, or for whom treatment is deemed clinically inappropriate.

Our prescribers and pharmacists make all clinical decisions independently and in accordance with GPhC standards and NHS clinical guidelines. Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.

2. Prescriptions

All prescription medications supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers following a clinical assessment. We do not supply prescription-only medicines (POMs) without a legitimate prescription.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We may request additional medical information, photographic identification, or GP records before issuing any prescription. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use with our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. We retain records of all prescriptions in accordance with legal requirements.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment systems. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. You will receive an order confirmation by email following successful payment.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within one working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal service disruptions or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is designated. We cannot be held responsible for medications that are lost or damaged after delivery is confirmed.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications under UK pharmacy regulations.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly. Refunds or replacements for faulty goods will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has been reviewed by our clinical team.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and through our consultation process is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services do not replace your relationship with your NHS GP or other healthcare providers.

You are advised to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. If you experience any adverse effects or medical concerns, you should seek immediate medical attention by contacting your GP, NHS 111, or the emergency services.

We accept no liability for any harm arising from failure to disclose accurate medical information during your consultation.

7. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
